The Kiowa Creek Community Church grounds include the historic Kiowa Presbyterian Church built in 1907 and the adjacent Fellowship Hall. Sunday morning worship services are held in the church at 9am.
The Fellowship Hall accommodates the church office, the FoodBank of Kiowa Creek Community Church on the main (middle) level, and a large reception/ meeting hall and kitchen on the upper level. There is a large parking lot behind the Fellowship Hall that accesses the upper level of the Fellowship Hall building. The upper level is available to groups for pre-approved activities.
